Yeah, I use a classic white dough recipe (usually only the 1 1/2 pound), I only use the dough cycle, take it out, roll into a rectangle then spread on 2Tbs melted butter, and sprinkled on top of that 1/4 cup sugar mixed with 2tsp ground cinnamon. Roll up tightly and pinch the edges to seal. Then cut about 1 1/2 inch slices. Place in a greased and floured pan. Let double again then bake at 375 for about 20 or 30mins. I will even make a caramel and put the unrisen dough on that and let rise, makes yummy caramel rolls too!
