North Central Illinois | I'm starting to think that there's something to the marketing by the hair sheep promoters who claim it is not as strong flavored as traditional wool breeds. We're often eating mutton from cull ewes in my house and even that ain't bad. Probably not going to butcher another retired ram again unless the economy really takes a turn for the worse though. | |
