Hennepin, IL | Yeah it seems like the more thought I put into grazing solar arrays, the more complicated it becomes. The big elephant in the room is for the grazing to become widespread, what do you do with all the sheep, ewes especially? Serious question, I know there's an appetite for lamb in the ethnic markets, but I feel like that could be swamped fairly easily if something like this was scaled. Seems like the rest of the population doesn't have much of a taste for lamb and especially mutton. Or would it be easier to look into mini cattle breeds instead? I have no idea. I'd sit in on a discussion on the subject though, for sure. | |
