Bud... even though its in the constitution doe not mea it is absolute...even very conservative supreme court justices have agreed on that...
Just like how you cant walk down to your local store and buy a machine gun, there are greater restrictions on those for the good of the public. Just as whe you're a convicted felon you lose the right to own a firearm. The second amendment isn't absolute.
