The other thing is if people think this land can be “turned back to what it was” they are absolute fools. They must have never farmed through an old building site or pipeline.
I'm a fool because I think it can be farmed again.
I'm watching a solar farm go in 13 miles north of me. I see no reason (outside of a crazy regulation) why you can't pull the posts and panels, stack them in the corner of the field and farm the rest.
But I also have farmed and bounced over probably some of the worst ground in NEMO. Some of the fields the solar is going on would be fun to farm. |
