NeMO | Check back in 30yrs with your little 2% "inflation" increase yearly. The value of land nearly doubled in 3 years. Takes a lot of 2% increases to get to 100%. And if your solar farm gets abandoned your land is worth nearly nothing until it is cleaned up. And then if you do get it cleaned up the value will be much lower like reclaimed mined ground
