Amherst WI | What impact will that have on the local economy?
This is about the same as CRP but on steroids. Set it and forget it for the most part.
The hardware store, coop, elevator, equipment dealer, on and on will all feel the effects of this.
The other thing is if people think this land can be “turned back to what it was” they are absolute fools. They must have never farmed through an old building site or pipeline.
