How would you deal with this ? You have a job to do.
Miami Florida ( very high crime area )
Stopping a very expensive car ( drug dealer type ? )
Very dark tinted window ( cannot see in car )
Subject will not roll window down( cannot see his hands )
Isn't being cooperative( would not obey command to exit)
You have grounds to issue a ticket, it is your job.
There would not be a problem had the man simply complied with the officers demands, all issued with the officers safety in mind.
What would you do ?
What would have happened if the cop would have to continued to walk away and wrote out the ticket and brought it back. It probably would have been over without a problem and we wouldn't be having this discussion. |
