Southeast Colorado | That initial disclaimer is useless, because they went on to a complete denigration of what happened on that body cam footage. I give it a 90/10 at fault ratio. With 90% of the blame on the hoodlum in the car. With the cops lives on the line, they don't need that from their suspects. I can easily see how that could've been taken as someone getting ready to harm them. The cops only get one quick chance to react, many times it hasn't worked out great in their occupation.
