Frost,Mn | When I was recruited to join a long time ago I expressed the small town concerns, especially since we are only 200 people and know a lot of the victims. But it was correctly told to me you become tough like an old shoe when there’s a job to do and you digest it later. We have had debriefing meetings after a few bad events. We have a mixed bunch of calls because we cover a section of I90 as well as the local area so a quite a few are strangers too. I used the term victim because some are victims of accidents, fires, health problems. | |
