You don't list your location, but I had a water leak about 20 years ago. It turned out the leak was at the lowest point in the 200 foot line where the PVC pipe was 4 feet deep and the water collected, even after blowing it out. That winter it froze hard with very little snow cover. I think we noticed the wet spot in May?
