NC Ohio | Try EARTH ANCHORS. Cable with a 2" long pipe or flat steel piece on the end . Drive it into the ground thru the hard pan 12-16" and it isnt going anywhere! They are hard to pull up most any soil and some trappers use a long bar for leverage. These can be used for all anchoring, and no worries of flat tires, tripping over them, or having to even remove them. "Disposable stakes". | |
