Some businesses specialize in finding water leaks with high-tech equipment, but they are costly. One service I called a few years ago wanted $500 to show up.
I have heard of pressurizing leaking lines with air to find the leak. If you know about where the line is located, try poking around with a small steel rod, looking for soft spots caused by leaking water.
