Clark, SD | My legal advice comes from the case law of Pennsylvania v mills which gave the police that ability...when they fear for their life...Clearly they didn't as they already had his ID and knew exactly who they were dealing with at that point. Hill did everything he was suppose to in that situation...he give his license and registration...thats the only thing required by law, as much as you want it to be true the window down isn't actually a law anywhere. Hell, you dont even need to give them your license...the law clearly states you must present your license. | |
