East of Broken Bow | Now I don't know the law exactly, but it is my understanding that you can't intentionally impede the officer's view into the car and in the video it seems that you can't see into the car when the window goes up. Seems that was where things escalated, especially when he complained to the officer about knocking on the window.
He commented that if he weren't an NFL star, he fears he might have been shot. If that was a fear, he needs to watch the Chris Rock Public Service Announcement on that:
