Thank you David, yes the majority of the fence will be near trees or plan to plant trees someday so thats why I was thinking the top rail, also it will be practically in the back yard of the house and I feel the top rail adds a nicer finished look.
I agree on the top rail looking the best. I even did it around my backyard to keep in the dogs and the grandkids.
