SW Ohio | In the last nine months three properties that we have farmed (rented) sold, ranging from 37,000 to 58,000 per acre. Granted we are not in farm country and every acre has development potential. But none of those hold a candle to a 68 acre farm with two homes that sold a while back for 6.2 million, it was not near a city and had maybe 25 acres tillable, houses were nice but not that nice..... | |
