Southern MN | I actually felt for the cops. Incredible amount of frustration when you are trying to do your job and I can only imagine how frustrating it becomes when this occurs repeatedly. I watched all of the videos released and it looked to me like there was a lot of attitude coming from Hill right from the start. He would have likely never been pulled from the car if he would have kept his window down and his relentless need to keep talking.
