I sell by 1/4's.. Indvidual cuts sucks ass. Wont even entertain it. I sold all mine for 3$ a pound hanging. Came out to a wash vs bringing them to market. Just fine with that. Nobody complained on price as everything else has skyrocketed. Im sold out for next year too lol. Just nice to be able to lock in a price basically on 300 lb calves a year ahead of time.. takes the marketing stress out of it some.
