Shelby, MT | I am not trying to start anything Boiler style....my question is for information....I read the news today and if I read it correct the Obama administration plans to go with a 51 vote instead of 60 vote......Is there a choice between 51 and 60 or is does new rules have to be passed? New laws....is this a common practice?....Big events like this help wake people like me up and it make me more curious about how gov works... | |
