Subject: RE: Hereford to Angus

North Central Texas
The early 60s. Some ranches refused to breed the dwarfs and this ranch switched from Hereford to Angus. It only took one set of black baldies to get Herefords gone. The price difference back thenwas big. The ranch is a founding member of the Texas Angus association from back in those early days. A good order buyer can see simm or lim in every calf that has it and they pay less.
