Wisconsin | The water level is set by the level of the drain tube in the porcelain, you could say it's set in stone. If the toilet isn't level, then the water level would vary, but otherwise it's fixed. Every toilet I've ever seen fills back up full after every flush, if it's flushing properly, then the drain is setting the level of the water, not adjustable without going back to the factory and forming a new one in clay. | |
