Subject: RE: Desiccating Soybeans

In Northern Ohio I use 1.5-2 oz rate of Sharpen w MSO & AMS. Always do my first few fields that I will harvest. They will be harvested approximately 10 days after app with an even moisture of 13 -13.5 % moisture. Don’t need to wait for the ones around the outside to dry enough to where the middle of the field is over dry. Always try and spray at R6.5 and almost no yield difference to a bushel or more better. If u go too early such as R6.0 u can lose a few bushel. Been doing this for a few years now and very happy with results. Spraying with 120’ boom going across the rows after the outside round is done. Only 3 day phi. This r 15” rows.
