Well I guess the morel of the story is either I don’t remember correctly or the butcher was wrong. Problem is I’ve repeated it more times than I can count.
It figures out about 8.50$ or so a pound take home I estimate. So when you know where it came from and average out the cuts it’s not too bad compared to the store.
