The only other way I could think of is to make the ditch deeper for about 300’ by digging it out until we got to a nearby downhill area.
Why not just treat it like a tile?  Put the tile so it has 15" coverage over it in the bottom of the ditch until you get o the nearby downhill area.  At that point once under the driveway you can pop it up to the surface like a tile intake and can fill in the majority of the depression and slope it toward the intake.
