It’s not. I would assume most know guns and cars are not the same. Now if the car was used to intentionally kill some one that might change things but a car accident and homicide by gun are not even close.

If a 16 year old intentionally kills someone with a car, a knife, a bat, a shoe, etc, that they took from their parents, should the parent be charged with murder???
