I agree, I will make money this year as well. Need to control costs in good years as well as bad years. Dont get too far in debt on new equipment and that solves a lot of problems along with not paying stupid rents.

I love how everyone always says you need to get larger to make money. Thats not true at all, I have zero desire to expand with current land prices. Goal is to make more money per acre investing in tile and fertility.
