Subject: Will fungicide help beans with late season rains?

Middle Tennessee
I have read that August rains make beans. We are in a bad drought but had decent rain the last week of July and then had a .6 inch September 1st unfortunately just .1 an inch in August and hot otherwise. I applied fungicide in hopes that it will help the beans but not sure if I will get a return on my investment. Will I get any benefit from my beans getting that fungicide? I attached a picture from today of my beans. Planted may 20th and 30th. Group 4.8 middle Tennessee.
