This may or may not be good depending on local basis. If it is similar to "here" that's a good way to lose your shirt. If you live next to an aggressive end user and have a positive basis it's probably low.
OP call a few ag lenders in that area and see what they say. They would know real world and it they have several years of experience they will know what it is worth compared to what people would be willing to pay. |
