Having a purpose is very very important.Even if it is going to work as greeter at Walmart or volunteering for the community.This is both mentally and physically beneficial.As you all know farming gives you a focus thats not understood by many,,including those whom work in mental health or medical fields.There are very few jobs that require thought 24/7.
