Looked at blue print unsure of this kind of drain tile.

That just means ordinary clay tile. It’s along a building built in th 1950 to see if it’s good or not. Dump water in to see if it’s flowing or not. So getting in it or breaking one to get in it can be spliced with some plastic tile to fix it if one gets broken. Never heard clay been called by that term and google told me nothing. Asked a d guy that was in the business back in the day that used to make concrete tile. I asked him of the term and he had an answer. Learned something today.
