Subject: Y dropping certain nutrients VS sidedressing others?

20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana
Does it make agronomic sense to Y drop certain nutrients or micros vs others making sense to sidedress ?

Looking at building a setup to sidedress and Y drop both at the same time. Was going to just run my mix of N, S, B out of both tubes. But wondering if there is anything that would make more sense to run a second system off an electric pump to Y drop something and sidedress the bulk otherwise?

Edit to add,
To clarify. Some of my question has to do with knifing in a nutrient 15” away from the plant and getting it covered vs laying on top a couple inches next to the plant but on top of the ground and exposed.
Any Y drop would be at normal Knifed sidedress time. Not a late pass
