It was a very real officer who personally handed him the ticket.
Not understanding our traffic laws was the problem. Officer told him to move along, no parking there. They colleague they were picking up was walking to the car and they waited. Officer did not like that they waited and wrote a ticket. The whole website look like it was designed by a two year old.
