When my wife's car broke down in Bartlesville OK, the Avis place was right across the street from the shop where she took the car...no real alternative, & all they had was a Toyota Tacoma pickup...but it got her on to Tulsa & back home. They whined about a one-way rental, but there was no other way to do it. We dropped it off & they took it, no extra charge.
