N E Illinois | I had a local dairyman took me for nearly $8000 for baling and wrapping baleage and our vet for over $30,000.
We were unsecured creditors.
A bank and coop ending up with everything but his house.
Bankruptcy lawyers leaned that for over $200,000
When the vet called him about getting a fax, with bankruptcy notice. his response was you are lucky I answered the phone.
The vet has worked on his farm any part of 24 hours all days of the week, in all types of weather.a year or so ago he died, likely leaving his widow penniless, so to say.
