First of all, I don't depend on some one else to pay for the cover crop. But if they are willing to pay for the cost of seed and more, why not. Second of all, I have been trying to use NRCS, but they have told me for 3 years now that I did not get in or the money was all used up. Third of all, I just asked a question about Farmers for Soil Health, thats it.
