Northern IN | I saw one in 2009. My wife was with me. We were in the pickup going to look at a field of corn we have to drive through a creek to access. It was standing along the edge of the field when we came up out of the creek bank. It looked at us and then jumped into some tall grass headed for a wooded area. I remember seeing that tail which confirmed what I thought it was. My wife and I just sat there looking at each other in disbelief. I haven’t seen any signs of one since then. | |
