| I get phone call once or twice a year anymore. It was a letter similar to the one shown every 2 or 3 years, 10 years ago. I always say its for sale CASH MONEY and my price is twice what I think the crazy price is. But with inflation lately I decided I better double it again. They act like their interested, but of course the flunky on the phone is just the voice. Also they are looking for property in town have no idea about acreage.
