Other side of the coin here……if you were to rent some out, what farmer would be willing rent ground for 1 year if they know they may not have it the next? I wouldnt be a willing participant in that kind of short term scenario.
Exactly. That would piss me off to no end if someone did that to me because they were afraid they might lose a nickel. So they rent it out to the real risk takers. |
