NW IL | Assuming rent is reasonable I would consider a 1 year lease. We are about maxed out on the organic acres we can handle without buying more equipment, but we've got extra planting capacity and could use the acres to spread out some equipment costs. And compared to the work that organic takes I'd love a couple farms I could no-till and hire the coop to spray and fertilize. | |
