MAP21 EXEMPTIONS are valid 150air miles from farm when interstate and over 26,000GVWR. You still need a DOT number, trip, and fuel permits fir a CFV if required (depends on recoprocity.) Farmers going to IL likely where missing stuff; the kickrr is you lose CFV exemption status when other requirements are not met.
