I agree 100%.
Don’t know enough about the WHOLE STORY to pick a side. But even if it was exactly as the “farmer” said it was, that’s pretty petty, classless and tactless to go blasting it all over social media. Work on resolving it in a low key manner.
Personally, I hope no other dealerships will work with this clown either.
Disclaimer: I don’t know this customer from Adam, and we don’t deal with the dealership referenced. I don’t know anyone involved.
Apparently this dealer has done this multiple other customers who handled it "your way"......It had no affect to how this dealer treated their customers, obviously ....your "low key manner" may have worked when each dealer was reliant on every customer no matter what size. But corporate stores were devised to rid themselves of having decent customer service. The only way to bulldog a corporate store is with mass media. Times have changed. |
