Highland co. Ohio | I used my hydraulic tail gooseneck, 9000lbs winch on the front with an idler block to double the power and the replacement forklift pushing. Mine did run enough to steer and lift the boom. Most of the forklift tire was on the main beam, but I also made sure to set it ontop of a crossmember before chaining it down.
If yours will crank over and the hydraulics work you could maybe get the boom lifted with the starter.
