Black Hawk County, IA | Ordered a couple of hydraulic motors and a flow control from Force in Fort Dodge, Iowa a while back. Picked them up last week, and got them out of the box Tuesday to get the drive couplers figured out. 1 was fine, but the other had a 17 spline 1.5” shaft. I had never come across a 17 before. I was expecting a 14 spline. After several hours of searching for a proper coupler, and failing, I called Force back. Long story shortened, the part number had 2 numbers transposed. At 3:30 pm, they got the correct one shipped for next day delivery, no charge to me. UPS dropped it off about 9:30 AM. The salesman picked up the other one about 11AM Wednesday. It was a simple mistake, but they did everything possible to fix it for me. Great service Jeremiah ! I’ll be back for then next project ! J
