US ethanol produced from corn is sustainable as it is.



True. Why is Brazilian ethanol ok but ours isn’t. Who wrote these rules and what is their science? Seems they don’t care about rainforest loss. Are the rules for sustainable aviation fuels written here in the US or are there international rules? Could legislation clarify that US ethanol is ok without carbon capture? Is this another overreach by the EPA that the recent Supreme Court ruled against?
Honest questions.
