S Illinois | So you were not allowed to claim PP? What does the RMA website have to do with anything? PP is first turned into your crop insurance and then when reporting acres at FSA it would be listed as that. Not having base acres on ground doesn’t keep you from buying crop insurance.
Now if you’re talking about ground without cropping history, that’s different and has more nuances as to acres that can be claimed etc.
