Your washroom sounds like my Brother in laws.
No curbs, just sloped floor.
His reason, he is in a wheel chair and he has a chair he uses to just wheel into the shower.
Just as in thinking ahead and putting wide doors in for wheel chair accessibility maybe washrooms like that are a good move for our future years as we age and wish to stay in our homes.
