My additition to complex of problems here, i.e the aphid pressure and the all the disease from being submerged during spring, is that it looks like Potassium deficiency (the yellowing on the edges of the upper leaves). That may be from the low soil test, or it may be just because you have shallow roots from being wet all spring, and now that it's dry they can't suck up any Potassium. Saw that last year on a couple knolls when it was dry.
