Subject: Armyworms are in Iowa too


South Central Iowa. Warren County to be precise. Finally started third cutting alfalfa yesterday. I have one field with about 50% of the leaves gone. Just bare stems. Have a friend in the next county east that lost a thirty acre field in about three days. Spray didn't touch them.

Will there be another generation later this fall to worry about?
