If it’s tar spot it’s tar spot the fact that it’s only on the outside row and nothing on the next one over again tells me it probably isn’t tar spot. I’ve also never seen tar spot on the rib of the leaf especially not until the entire leaf surface is covered and dead. Again don’t know what you’re asking about what’s going on? | |
